  5. Roll and fold 3 times (lamination)
  6. Chill 30 minutes between folds
  7. Roll into rectangle, cut triangles
  8. Roll triangles into crescents
  9. Proof 2 hours, brush with egg wash
  10. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes

  • 200g almond flour
  • 200g powdered sugar

  1. Sift almond flour and powdered sugar twice
